The creation of any hypertext link linking to any of the web pages or components comprising the Site is prohibited without the prior, written authorisation of RITZ PARIS, whose authorisation may be revoked at any time. All content, website or other having a hypertext link which links to the Site or to any of the components comprising it are not under the control of RITZ PARIS, and the latter consequently declines all responsibility (particularly editorial responsibility) concerning access to these sites and their content.

RITZ PARIS strives as far as possible to keep the Site permanently accessible, but is not bound by any obligation to accomplish this. RITZ PARIS may therefore suspend access to the Site, in particular for maintenance reasons or for updating, or for all other reasons, notably technical or editorial reasons, without notice or prior information to Web surfers, without it being possible for RITZ PARIS to be held liable for the consequences of these interruptions, either for the Web surfers or for any third parties.

In addition, RITZ PARIS may not be held liable if Web surfers do not succeed in accessing all or part of the Site due to any technical fault or any problem, notably and not restrictively relating to:

However, RITZ PARIS cannot guarantee the correctness, accuracy and completeness of the information made available on the Site; such information constitutes neither a guarantee nor an undertaking on the part of RITZ PARIS with regard to the Web surfer. In particular, RITZ PARIS may not be held liable:
- for any inaccuracy, error or omission of the said information;

The Ritz Paris gift card is available at the Ritz Paris hotel at 15 Place Vendôme and on our website ritzparisboutique.com. When purchased online, the gift card shall be delivered independently from any other orders of Ritz Paris products.

Validity
The gift card may be used to pay all or part of any expenditure at the Ritz Paris hotel 15 Place Vendôme points of sale: hotel, restaurants, bars, Ritz Paris Concept Store, Ritz Club Paris, Ecole Ritz Escoffier and online at ritzparisboutique.com.
The Ritz Paris gift card has a validity of two years starting from the date of purchase. Once expired, any remaining balance will be cancelled and your gift card will be void.

Value
The gift card value can be freely selected with a minimum chargeable amount of 100€ and a maximum of 10 000€.

Use
The gift card may be used for single or multiple payments depending on the balance.
If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid with another payment method or another gift card.
The Ritz Paris gift card is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-rechargeable. In the event of loss or theft, the gift card can be exceptionally deactivated by contacting the customer service at contact@ritzparis.com or by phone +33 1 43 16 32 22.
Please note that the card can only be deactivated by providing the activation code given at the time of purchase.
There will be no monetary exchange for returned or cancelled orders made with gift cards. Refunds will be issued as new gift card with a value corresponding to the amount of the returned item and the remaining balance. Therefore, the previous gift card shall be deactivated.
